Dr. Jessica Fowler earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Pittsburg State University. She then underwent her Doctor of Optometry at Indiana University School of Optometry.
Dr. Fowler completed a hospital based optometric rotation at Perry Point VA Medical Center in Perry Point, MD, where she served veterans with primary eye care and ocular disease needs. She also completed external rotations in Indiana at the Indianapolis Eye Care Center, Atwater Eye Care Center and Eye Care Consultants.
